System Staging and Integration
The ProComm Technical and Integration Management Team provides system owner / operators the opportunity to witness "real life" application and operation of a complete system as designed and integrated prior to being integrated into an existing system.

Storage and Inventory
ProComm receives, inspects and inventories each and every item and verifies equipment received against all order entries prior to implementation. Procomm operates a complete warehouse operation at its headquarters location in Conyers, GA. Customers may ship their equipment to the Procomm warehouse where it can be inventoried and stored ready for the project kick off.

Staging
By utilizing a custom designed and engineered staging facility, the ProComm Technical and Integration Team assembles and installs the complete system prior to deployment. The customer may witness the proper operation of their system prior to installation at the customer location.

System Integration and Acceptance
ProComm performs the most critical phase of any project, System Integration and Acceptance, within the controlled environment of the integration center. By utilizing industry specialists possessing extensive experience within their respective disciplines, ProComm ensures that the system as designed performs to the manufacturers specifications and system design parameters prior to deployment. At this juncture of the project, customers or their designated representatives, may witness and validate the entire test data procurement and testing process. This vital function in the life of the project ensures that, once deployed, the complete system integration and acceptance phase maximizes efficiencies and produces revenue generating results in minimum time.

Fixed Network Services
The ProComm Fixed Network Services Team positions the Client to profit through emerging technologies and their applications. The ProComm Fixed Network Team is visionary in its preparation and practical in its execution

Fixed Network Implementation and Design Services
The ProComm Fixed Network Implementation and Design Team is comprised of highly experienced Transport and Interconnect Engineers, Managers, and Coordinators. The ProComm Team is working with Network Planning, Implementation, Optimization, and Integration operations from the most complicated to the most fundamental of network build-outs.

Critical elements behind these ProComm Fixed Network Implementation and Design Services are:

  • Strategic Analysis of the Fixed Network: ProComm conducts a strategic analysis of the Client's existing network infrastructure. ProComm also analyzes the regional carriers capabilities, develops the design criteria utilizing the Client's goals and objectives, produces fixed network cost analysis projections, and provides a design, including entrance facilities.
  • Fixed Network Design: ProComm produces a network design that considers cost, capacity requirements, growth forecasts, equipment termination, single points of failure, and time intervals for service. The study also includes an analysis of switch locations. The interconnection from the Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) to the Mobile Switching Center (MSC)(s) is evaluated. The transport provider's networks are analyzed to determine diversity options and requirements.
  • Fixed Network Implementation and Provisioning: ProComm is capable of handling turnkey Fixed Network Implementation and Provisioning services. ProComm conducts the selection of transport medium and sites, performs leased-line design, orders circuits, coordinates the installation of circuits, established primary Minimum Point Of Entry (MPOE), completes punch lists and problem resolution, and conducts microwave path survey and microwave path design.
  • Transport Service Contract: ProComm prepares a Request for Proposal (RFP) to be distributed to potential vendors and service providers. The RFP is written to solicit documented, quantifiable, and comparative responses. All responses to the RFP are analyzed and the results compiled in an analysis to be delivered to the Client. ProComm negotiates the best possible contractual terms for the Client.
  • Switch Location Selection and Cost Analysis: ProComm performs an analysis of MSC architectural, environmental, and technical design requirements. ProComm identifies long- and short-term network requirements, conducts a transport cost analysis for switch locations, and establishes criteria for transport requirements.

Service Resource Management
ProComm has experienced network technicians that can assist you in the inventory management of your network resources.

Our experience with Telcordia Granite Inventory software (Xng) will increase the efficiency of the assigned tasks. This is a valuable asset during capacity build outs and other changes to network configuration, whereas we are able to provide field technicians with the necessary data to complete the job in a timely manner and implement the records change to the database with results from the field. This coupled with our Documentation Services provides you with a value added product.
