Our Community

ProComm takes pride in the effort of all its employees in their collective and individual contributions to serving our respective communities. We recognize the blessings that have been given to us and feel privileged in having the opportunity to help those who are less fortunate. By volunteering their time our employees and their families assist in nurturing the growth and proper development of the youth in their communities. The ProComm family also understands the special considerations of our elderly and reaches out in time of need. The character of ProComm does not lend itself to a rigid structure of pre-defined programs to support, and therefore remains flexible to the needs of our communities. Following are some of the community programs our employees have been involved with over the years:

Company programs for High- School Students

• Intern Program through Rockdale High School. The Internship Program is designed to give the student first-hand experience in a practical real-life work environment. We try to match the student to his career interest when working with our employees, such as engineering.

School Work-Based Program. Work-based Learning helps the student in the acquisition of knowledge or skill related to employment in particular occupations or industries, career exploration and planning, learning "all aspects of an industry.” Also increases personal and social competence related to work in general, and enhancing students' motivation and academic achievement.

Competition Judge for the Rockdale County Regional Science and Engineering Fair

• Advisory Services to the Morrow High School DECA program in Clayton County.
