Quality Assurance Program

ProComm Telecommunications, Inc.'s outstanding quality is the key to our success. ProComm's Quality Assurance Program guarantees that our customer will receive quality workmanship that will exceed their highest expectations.

ProComm requires that all field personnel attend a "Quality Assurance Installation" class on a regular basis. We have an up-to-date training station for a hands-on training experience. This gives the Quality Assurance Manager an opportunity to demonstrate the most current industry installation standards to his team members. Each employee must pass a rigorous Quality Assurance Test before they are allowed in the field. Retraining sessions are scheduled periodically to cover updated industry standards, new technologies, and products, or to clarify installation procedures. This assures that the installation team adheres to industry and ProComm standards at all times.

ProComm also has a team of Quality Auditors, and Documentation Specialist, whose main purpose is to inspect 100% of ProComm's projects. The individuals for this team are hand picked by the Quality Assurance Manager. They must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, have at least 3 years of service with ProComm and possess extraordinary leadership abilities. The Quality Auditor's job consists of insuring that jobs are complete as per job specs, that they meet both industry and ProComm standards and that the jobs are accurately and thoroughly documented. The Auditors are responsible for upholding ProComm's standards for excellence in the telecommunications industry.
